OnlyFans Spending by City 2025
Estimate · all 210 US metro areas · method and sources below
Which US cities spend the most on OnlyFans? OnlyFans doesn't publish where its fans live, so we estimated it: fans paid about $7.8bn worldwide in OnlyFans' 2025 financial year, roughly 43% of OnlyFans' traffic comes from the US, and each metro area gets its share by how much it searches for OnlyFans on Google, weighted by its number of homes. These are modeled estimates, not payment records. For states, see OnlyFans spending by state.

Methodology
- Worldwide spending: fans paid about $7.8bn on OnlyFans in its 2025 financial year (to November): $6.2bn paid out to creators plus $1.6bn kept by OnlyFans, as reported by the Financial Times.
- US share: 42.8% of visits to onlyfans.com come from the US (Similarweb), so about $3.3bn. We use other published estimates of 37–49% as the range ($2.9bn–$3.8bn); each metro area's range scales the same way.
- Metro areas: each of the 210 Nielsen media markets gets a share by its Google Trends interest in “onlyfans” for 2025 (searches relative to all searches in the area) times its number of TV homes (Nielsen, 2024–2025; every US home is in one market). Per household, the ranking is therefore the Google Trends ranking. Trends values are sampled and rounded, so treat ranks that are close together as ties; small markets move the most.
Searching isn't paying, and some places may search for OnlyFans more than they subscribe. The estimates show where interest — and so most likely spending — is concentrated, not exact amounts.

Is this real OnlyFans spending data?
No — OnlyFans doesn't publish spending by country, state or city. These are estimates: OnlyFans' reported worldwide fan payments, the US share of its traffic, and each metro area's share of Google searches for OnlyFans weighted by its number of homes. Use the ranges and treat close ranks as ties.
