About our OnlyFans research & methodology
OnlyFans Finder is an independent search engine for public OnlyFans profiles. Our studies come from our own index and from public search data. This page explains where every number comes from, what it can and can't tell you, and how we correct mistakes.
The index behind the numbers
Our studies describe the 8,500+ public OnlyFans profiles in our index — not every account on OnlyFans. A profile enters the index in one of three ways: its username appears in public web crawl data (Common Crawl), fans search for it on our site, or someone submits it. Either way, we open the public OnlyFans page the way a logged-out visitor sees it and keep only what that page shows: name, location as typed by the creator, subscription price, photo, video, post and like counts.
New profiles need a real audience and posting history (for example at least 10,000 likes and 100 posts for names found in crawl data; a lower bar when fans asked for the creator), a profile photo that passes an automated check, and a human review before they are published. Pages that look underage or are framed as youthful are rejected, whatever their stated age.
Every listed profile is re-checked on OnlyFans about once a month: prices, counts and promotions are refreshed, and pages deleted on OnlyFans are removed from the index. Each study shows its own date.
OnlyFans Price Index
On the first request of each month we freeze the subscription prices of every profile in the index as a dated edition, so a figure quoted for a month never changes afterwards. "Free" means a page that costs $0 to follow; a free trial on a paid page doesn't count as free. Price changes are measured like-for-like: only creators whose page we re-checked after the previous edition was frozen, so a change is a real price change, not a different mix of creators. When an edition follows the previous one by less than a month, we say so.
Spending estimates
OnlyFans doesn't publish spending by country or state, so our spending figures are estimates, built in three steps: (1) what fans paid worldwide in OnlyFans' latest reported financial year — creator payouts plus OnlyFans' own revenue, as reported in its accounts (≈ $7.8 billion); (2) the US part of it, from the US share of visits to onlyfans.com (Similarweb), with a range from other published estimates; (3) a split between states or metro areas by how much each searches for "onlyfans" on Google (Google Trends) times its population or TV households. The per-person ranking is therefore the Google Trends ranking; the dollar figures put it on the scale of real spending. Please call them estimates when you quote them.
Search demand
Where a study ranks creators, places or niches by interest, we use public search data: average monthly searches in the US from Semrush and relative interest over time from Google Trends. Trends values are samples and move slightly between fetches; we average several fetches where it matters and only report changes that hold up. Searching for a name together with "OnlyFans" doesn't mean that person has an OnlyFans page — we check before we list anyone.
What the numbers can't tell you
- Our index is large but not complete, and it leans towards creators who are popular or searched for, so averages describe our index rather than every OnlyFans account.
- Locations are whatever creators type on their profile; many give none, and some give a joke ("in your dreams"), which we drop.
- We see what a logged-out visitor sees: no earnings, subscriber numbers or private content.
- Spending figures are modelled estimates, not transaction data.
What we never do
- No leaked or private content, and no links to it.
- No attempts to identify who a creator is offline or where they live beyond what they show.
- No creators who are, or appear to be, under 18 — and no "youthful" framing.
- Any creator can have their page removed: email us the username and it's gone within 72 hours (how removal works).
